What is DHEA?

DHEA is an adrenal hormone that supports healthy aging. It's the most abundant steroid hormone in the blood and brain, serving as a precursor to estrogen and testosterone. DHEA levels peak around ages 25-30 and decline by up to 90% by age 60.
